107 Faulkner was built in Armidale NSW during the Art Deco era of the 1930s. It housed local professional firms until the mid ’90s and a number of small businesses until 2016, when the current owners purchased the building.

It has since been refurbished with modern conveniences, whilst retaining much of its historic charm.
